Job Summary:

The Respiratory Therapist is accountable for the provision of respiratory therapy services for inpatient and community clients of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Diploma in Respiratory Therapy
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists (C.S.R.T.)
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the SK College of Respiratory Therapists (S.C.R.T.)
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Other Information:

  • Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.  HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

Successful incumbents may qualify for a $2,500.00 recruitment incentive and up to $3,000.00 in relocation assistance, depending on eligibility.
