Call for Abstracts CSRT 2026 Annual Conference

Thank you for your interest in speaking at the CSRT 2026 Annual Conference.

You may submit multiple proposals for this Call, but must submit them separately. All questions with an asterisk require a response. The CSRT standard is that only one speaker will present in a session, unless other speakers are vital to the session.

The CSRT offers a resource to support novice speakers in developing their proposal(s). We encourage you to review the following document as it outlines the standards for this Call.

Scientific-Conference-Abstract-Submission-Guide_(updated_2025).pdf

Upon submitting, CSRT members should receive an automated e-mail to the address in their member profile within a few minutes. All submissions (i.e., those from members and non-members) will be automatically confirmed with a submission screen and will be confirmed by CSRT staff within 1-2 business days. Submissions lacking sufficient detail will be returned and will not be advanced to the Scientific Program Committee.

The deadline for all submissions is September 30, 2025.

The Scientific Program Committee will review all abstracts once the submission period has closed. You can anticipate hearing back about your submission by the end of December at which time we will confirm your session format and duration.

The following session set-up is standard for each session:

  • a podium with a mic (if a mic is required for a larger room)
  • conference laptop, LCD projector, screen
  • Internet access in the presentation room
  • remote to advance slide and laser pointer
